Bryan College Station Church of Christ

For the Bryan College Station Church of Christ, Mako MEP was responsible for the MEP design of the new church facilities, which included a sanctuary, a large multipurpose room, classrooms, a library, and church offices. The mechanical systems employed horizontal DX split systems enhanced with increased air filtration technology, which minimized the need for outdoor air intake. High-efficiency SEER 17 units and LED lighting were used throughout to optimize energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Scope

  • Performed the MEP design for the new church consisting of the sanctuary, large multipurpose room, classrooms, library, and church offices.

  • Also, SEER 17 units were used to eliminate the use of high-efficiency LED lighting throughout all of the church.
