Bryan College Station Church of Christ
For the Bryan College Station Church of Christ, Mako MEP was responsible for the MEP design of the new church facilities, which included a sanctuary, a large multipurpose room, classrooms, a library, and church offices. The mechanical systems employed horizontal DX split systems enhanced with increased air filtration technology, which minimized the need for outdoor air intake. High-efficiency SEER 17 units and LED lighting were used throughout to optimize energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Scope
Performed the MEP design for the new church consisting of the sanctuary, large multipurpose room, classrooms, library, and church offices.
The mechanical systems consisted of horizontal DX split systems using increased air filtration technology to reduce the outside air requirements to the space.
Also, SEER 17 units were used to eliminate the use of high-efficiency LED lighting throughout all of the church.
