Basin Funds
For Basin Funds, Mako MEP renovated the 5th and 6th floors of the University Centre Building in Fort Worth, totaling approximately 15,000 square feet. The scope included reworking the existing VAV system for optimized zoning, upgrading lighting to high-efficiency LEDs with occupancy sensors, and special coordination for the installation of an indoor driving range. The project also involved a comprehensive survey of the site to document existing MEP systems due to the absence of prior engineering plans.
